COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intelligent Motion Systems, Inc. MDI4MRQ17A7-EQ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Compumotor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112D0HD4C130A0WI520LVS005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M5751 manufactured by Compumotor and we are pleased to be able to service most Compumotor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M403A21 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand M9484E1009W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dodge-Master-Xl such as M032686001XX079167KF equipment made by Dodge-Master-Xl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge-Master-Xl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge-Master-Xl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC23SR005 made by Gec-Alsthom as well as the popular MACBD025LA original spares produced by Ormec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3219T by Baldor and M032686001XX079167KF spares by Dodge-Master-Xl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M2VA56B4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
